We have two weeks left of the one room challenge. I have to admit this last week we did not make much movement on the room. It was a fun-filled week with family and friends for our baby shower. I am just getting back into the swing of things and need to get moving on the final touches for the room.
Current Progress
The progress we have made includes moving in the crib, dresser, chair, lighting, and rug. So far the room is looking great. There are two items we are planning to tackle this weekend and DIY for the room. First is a blanket ladder and a small bookshelf. Hoping to have the DIY’s for you these last two weeks.
When I was planning the decor for the nursery I scoured many of my favorite shops to find the perfect ceiling light fixture. As you may recall from this post, I love sourcing light fixtures. It can make or break a space. I could not let my lighting picks I did not move forward with go to waste. Check out the light fixtures I almost went with for the room.
